Cardio-Core Bridal Party Bootcamp!!

Yes, your big day is approaching quickly and we know what you want!!! You want to feel great and look even better!! Cardio-Core Bootcamp specializes in making everyone feel great and we know how to give that special T.L.C. to make your wedding day the most spectacular day ever!! You will be so excited to go for that final fitting because all of your dresses are going to fit perfectly and your wedding photo’s will prove it. Not to mention that you all will have a new zest not only for the wedding, but for life because together you have embarked on a journey to address love, wellness and healthy relationships between friends!!

Class Registration -

Your classes will run in conjunction with our existing classes...but wait there is a catch. Your big day is approaching and we know that you will be the center of attention, at your wedding. So consider this the warm-up before the big day?? What do we mean?? Well at Cardio-Core Bootcamp, we will make this your stage to address your health and wellness, as you take this wonderful journey into marriage. We are full of surprises and can’t wait to give your wedding party something to brag about!!!

Bridal Party Bootcamp Rate -

25% discount per person in the Bridal Party (minimum 4 people)

Equipment Needed -

Yoga Mat, Hand Weights, and Exercise Ball–we will provide you with the rest, and we have a couple of surprises up our sleeves.

How do I register?? -

Just go to the location that best suits you and fill out the registration form and click on “Bridal Bootcamp” please indicate the others who will be joining with you. (note you must all attend the same location to get the Bridal Discount!!)
